I am the Northern California Director for the California Agricultural Mediation Program, which provides mediation services to the agricultural community on a number of different issues, including leases, family farm transitions, credit and debt issues, neighbor disputes and adverse agency decisions, amongst other things. I am also one of the owners of Full Belly Farm, a mixed operation organic farm in Yolo County.
